Refund Policy

We Don’t Do Guesswork — and Neither Should You.

At HeadGames Motorworks, we stand behind everything we build and sell. But let’s be real — performance parts aren’t Amazon impulse buys. Once a part hits your engine bay, there’s no going back. Here's how returns and refunds work around here:

Parts Returns

  • No returns on used, installed, or modified parts. Period. If it’s been torqued, tuned, or even test-fit — it’s yours.

  • New, uninstalled parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, but they must be in original, resaleable condition with all packaging intact.

  • You’re responsible for return shipping. We don’t charge restocking fees — unless the item comes back damaged or missing parts.

  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable. That includes any cylinder heads or valvetrain setups we’ve built to spec.

  • International orders are final sale unless pre-approved in writing.
    Buyers assume all responsibility for shipping time, customs handling, duties, and transit-related condition changes. Packaging or condition changes during international transit may void return eligibility.

Apparel & HeadGames Gear

Wrong size? Changed your mind? No sweat.

  • Returns accepted within 30 days on unworn, unwashed gear.

  • Tags must still be attached. If it smells like race fuel or gym day, it’s not returnable.

  • Exchanges available while supplies last.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get a confirmation email.

  • Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on the original order, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

  • If there’s an issue with your refund (bank delays, etc.), shoot us an email and we’ll help sort it out.

How to Start a Return

Email info@headgamesmotorworks.com with your order number and reason for return to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior approval and an RMA number are considered unauthorized and are not eligible for a refund. Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense or held pending return shipping arrangements.

Abandoned Merchandise

Returned items will be held for 30 days pending return shipping arrangements. If no instructions or shipping payment are received within that period, items will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of or otherwise handled at our discretion, without refund.
