Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

At HeadGames Motorworks, pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are either custom-built, made-to-order, or temporarily out of stock. This secures your place in our production or fulfillment queue.

What Is a Pre-Order?

When placing a pre-order, you’re committing to an item that is not yet available for immediate shipment. Depending on the product, we may:

  • Collect full payment at checkout

  • Require a partial deposit

  • Secure your payment method for future billing once the item is ready

Cancellation Terms

  • Before Production or Fulfillment Begins:
    You may cancel your pre-order at any time before production or fulfillment has started. No cancellation fees apply.

  • After Production or Fulfillment Has Started:
    Once a pre-order enters production or is being prepared for shipment, it can no longer be canceled. This applies particularly to custom, made-to-order, or limited-availability items.

  • Deposit-Based Pre-Orders:
    Deposits are considered a commitment to the order. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted and the deposit is non-refundable.

Refunds

Pre-orders are generally non-refundable once production or fulfillment has started, unless there is an issue or error on our end. For more information, please see our Refund Policy – Headgames Motorworks.
