Order Processing

  • In-stock parts and gear ship within 1–2 business days.
    We don’t sit on your order — we move fast so you can, too.

  • Custom-built cylinder heads and special orders ship on timelines discussed at the time of order. These are hand-built, not off-the-shelf.

Shipping Methods

  • We use trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on the item size and destination.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order ships. No guessing.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Most U.S. orders arrive within 2–5 business days once shipped.

  • Signature may be required on high-value packages — we’re not leaving your built head on the porch.

International Shipping

  • Yes, we ship worldwide — horsepower has no borders.

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties are the buyer’s responsibility. We don’t control that side of the border.

  • Delivery times vary by country and shipping method.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@headgamesmotorworks.com with photos of the packaging and parts. We’ll handle it fast.
